Scarf: Burberry || Sandals: Rebecca Minkoff || Sunnies: Target || Top: J. Crew || Jeans: Vigoss (sold out in dark wash, but still had light) similar by Blank Denim here || Tote: Kate Spade outlet (my diaper bag) here’s a similar style (but not the same, they don’t really sell outlet items online) and this pink one is very cute too. If we were having a girl I probably would have gotten the pink!

Good morning! I hope you got your beauty sleep, I certainly did not. 😭 But… like I keep telling myself: this little one is totally worth the sudden snoring my husband hears during dinner.

My mom is coming today and tomorrow though so I’ll (hopefully) be able to get some naps in still while Beckett goes back to work. Either way, it will be nice to have her here. After all, she had an infant seven times, you know!

Speaking of work, I’m so thankful to be done for the school year. I hope that doesn’t sound bad. The past few weeks were such a scramble and students with behavior issues were especially trying my patience. I feel so bad for my sub! Also, nobody ever told me how time consuming it is to prepare sub notes for maternity leave (though I don’t think most teachers have to make a full schedule and write out detailed daily lesson plans for when they’re gone on maternity leave). Does anyone know if this is normal?

I explained this outfit a bit on my IG account, but it was basically out of necessity. as I tried piece after piece of clothes on, nothing fit but some once-tight boyfriend jeans & a baggy (at least it used to be) chambray shirt. Beckett and I decided to have a date day to our favorite Barnes & Noble so we could pick up a copy of What to Expect in The First Year (FYI– It’s my favorite Barnes & Noble because it’s right by a Home Goods). We also ended up at Gam Gam’s to say, “hi!”

It was a super fun outting until  the ibuprofen wore off!

Have a fantastic Monday!

Love,

Kellie
