delicate details

blue-annie-necklace-10Details have always drawn me in. Whether it’s the fine lines in a work of art, information in a good book, or the way a pendant necklace sparkles in the light, I’m a detail person.

blue-annie-necklace-5So this Blue AnnieSwish Petite Necklace caught my eye and I think you can see why!

This necklace’s only $16 too and like I said in my last post about Blue Annie, when you buy something from the shop, a portion of the $$ goes to good causes concerning women. The first cause is The Freedom Challenge, which raises money through fitness events and gives it to efforts to help women get out of the sex slavery industry. The second cause is The Endometriosis Foundation, which advocates, trains, and funds further research.

A little more about the brand:

Blue Annie started when Tracy, its founder, wanted to provide women with beautiful, quality jewelry for less. She had been in the jewelry industry for awhile when she started to be baffled by how expensive a lot of the options were! She eventually started Blue Annie as her response and wants to use it as a platform for social issues regarding women as well as a business.
