how to accessorize for a good cause

Necklace: Refu Horn Tassel Necklace by Jimani

There seem to be three types of girls in the world. The first type has only a few necklaces and rings and wears the same ones daily. The second type of girl has some, but forgets to wear it or doesn’t like it enough to let it be a part of her outfit. The third type has tons of jewelry, enough to match any outfit!

I’ve always been the first type of girl. I never had a lot of jewelry growing up, except for a few necklaces and rings (or occasionally a bracelet I would make out of embroidery floss) that I kept in my tiny jewelry box in the closet I shared with my three sisters.jimani-back-4

Part of why I don’t have a lot of jewelry is that I am allergic to nickel, a main metal in most inexpensive jewelry pieces.

More recently I’ve been working on growing my jewelry collection with quality and interesting items because a general key to a killer outfit is a great statement necklace or show-stopping earrings!jimani-spinning-3

The brand Jimani is a great way to shop in style and give back to a worthy cause. Whether you’re looking for a great necklace, earrings, or a gorgeous clutch with a story, I encourage you to check out the options Jimani offers. Their story is one of lifting women up and helping to educate women in Africa so that those women can thrive.

I love that! How about you?!

Xo,

Kellie
