L: Apricot Chicken and Garlic and Parmesan Roasted
For the apricot chicken, it’s as easy as it sounds! Just prepare the chicken as directed on the packaging and before cooking top with as much apricot jelly as you desire! Bake as directed and serve hot!
S: Hamburgers with a side of fruit

S: Leftovers with frozen cherries as dessert
L: Leftover apricot chicken sandwiches and fruit
S: Pizza bites with dipping sauce & peanut butter cookies for dessert! Personally, I’m simplifying the pizza bites by not including the herbs on top, not including pepperoni and using shredded mozzarella cheese, but you can add them if you want/if you have them on hand!
L: leftover shell, chicken & broccoli Mac n cheese
S: Mini chicken pot pies & leftover cookies!
L: Egg Bake or brunch out
S: Oven baked salmon, mixed veggies, and a buttered baguette or bread.
