L: Using tortillas leftover from last week, make egg, cheese and lunchmeat wraps. Be sure to heat the meat to sizzling if pregnant!

Tues: 
L: Grilled cheese, tomato soup, fruit and a side salad if desired.
S:Â Creamy Tomato Spinach Pasta
Wed:
L: Leftovers

L: Salad with chicken, walnuts, dressing, Mandarin oranges.
S: Homemade pizza with a side salad. I highly recommend using remade crust in a tube because it makes the process foolproof.

S: panini (can be made on a press or like grilled cheese on a stovetop).

L: Salmon and Brussels sprouts with a side of fruit.
S:Â Cheesy vegetarian chiliwith a side salad and fruit.
