Recipes:

Monday

L: hotdogs & coleslaw
S: Sweet & sour chicken with rice

Tuesday

L: Leftovers or cold cut sandwiches and a side of fruit
S: beef tacos with sherbet as dessert

Wednesday

L: Leftover sweet & sour chicken with a side of fruit.
S: Box mac & cheese with a side of peas and brownies for dessert

Thursday

L: Leftover taco salads with berry parfaits for dessert.
S: Meatloaf, homemade potato fries, and fruit compote for dessert.

Friday

L: Use leftover Mac N Cheese to make a bake (crackers and cheese on top & baked @ 350 until cheese is melted) — not really a recipe, just a way to make it a little bit special.
S: Pizza bites made in a muffin tin… use either a premade crust or try this recipe with me!

Saturday

L: Potato soup, side salad, and fresh fruit.
S: Leftover Meatloaf (could make into sandwiches too) and cooked carrots in butter, brown sugar, and water.

Sunday

L: Jimmy Dean’s breakfast sandwiches with a side of fruit.
S: Leftover pizza bites and a side of remaining veggies & fruit.
Hope y’all are having a great week! This week I’m feeling a little under the weather so I tried to keep things simple and comforting!
