1968 Inspired

Dress: Asos (similar maternity style & regular) • Boots: Vince Camuto old (similar by Journee) • Handbag: vintage Dooney and Burke (similar from Neiman Marcus)• Sunnies: Michael Kors, old (target style here) • Earrings: Kate Spade • Bracelet: old (similar)
I was tempte to name this post Die Hippie, Die. But my frontal lobes took over and told me to kill that impulse. If you know why I almost did that, let’s be friends.
This look was super fun to put together and took very little effort, which is why I love it. This dress was on a huge sale because it was one of the last ones, but I’ve linked some similar styles above that are both maternity and for you regular sized girls;)
The parts of the dress and the “hippie trend” that I enjoy the most are the colors and the lace details. They make this something that I can wear this spring, summer, and into fall. What is your favorite spring trend?

Fur Gloves

Yesterday I posted about how to make this embellished beanie with a faux fur pom pom. And along with that, I also made some cute Kate Spade-inspired gloves!

My version of the Kate Spade mittens

I based the gloves off of these adorable knit mittens with faux fur.

Below is the video tutorial. Again, sorry about the low-quality video and lighting. I still haven’t figured this thing out!
